What is a chemical fingerprint?
The pattern of compounds that lets us check every batch against the one we tested.
A plant extract contains hundreds of compounds. When an extract is run through a laboratory instrument such as a chromatograph, those compounds appear as a pattern of peaks — a chemical fingerprint.
We record a reference fingerprint for each formula. Every new batch made with iCube PhytoStream™ is compared against that reference before it is released. If the pattern doesn’t match, the batch doesn’t ship.
That is how we can say that the product you buy is the same as the one we tested.
